You can't blame the Manager this is the style format that saved Leicester from relegation.

You do your homework before you sign for a team. Will my style of play fit in, will I develop and improve, can I adapt to thier style of play amongst other questions to be asked. Not just the pay package.

I said donkeys ago that KC baptism will come when he leaves City for a less technically proficient team and where he will have limited support.

He was bought to be a striker and so now like it or not he must strike and score goals. If he doesn't all this hype will be forgotten and he could be the next expensive striker to fail.

We cannot expect Leicester to change for him he must change, adapt and perform for them. We cannot change the goal posts. It's tough but this is football he has to get going or loose his place. Leicester will expect a minimum of 15 goals from him at least probably more, this season. That is why they paid near £25 million for him as is reported.

This is his opportunity to prove himself

this is the second time you are posting an absolutely brilliant piece. nacho was poor yesterday, it's as simple as that, Okazaki would have offered a whole lot more and this is Leicester city's system, even under Ranieri they hardly kept possession so he should have known where he was going to. let me just be watching silently

True talk managers always feel d heat but can we say Leicester is a big team, truly they won EPL but wasn't surprise with their performance so far or what do u expect, credit to Ranieri for giving d club good image.Shakespeare came in and make sure d team remain in EPL and we must give him that credit.

I know u are not happy with d development of Nacho,Ndidi even Musa under Shakespeare but there is nothing anybody can do about it.It's either our players perform or face d music like Musa.Thank God Ndidi is doing it weekly and hope Nacho should do d same thing irrespective of what Shakespeare bring to d table.Mind u £25m is not a joke,so high expectations on Nacho to deliver.

How i wish Nacho join club like Dortmund where he can blossom well but sometimes players always have their reason for chosen club.Truly Leicester want him more than any other club at that moment, just let see how it goes but i believe Nacho w show his class.

I agree totally with you. Iheanacho's career started stagnating the very day he choose money over football when he signed for man city, at Porto this boy would have been a god or a mini god at least, other top clubs came for him with a proven youth system. right now not even a single player on the city bench in fact is from their academy, how can somebody see that and still go there?

He shouldn't complain about Leicester, Ndidi is doing very well there, Musa does well too sometimes so he should buckle up and alter his style of play to suit the club, from the way I see it, he either learns from this experience or.....

Watched Tega Abraham yesterday against Tottenham for a 19 year old his performance was astounding. Leading the attack for Swansea in the EPL he's definitely real quality.

I have watched him since he was 15/16 his level is just improving at a very fast upward spiral. Positional sense, anticipation and awareness, he now also has presence and lots of Shakara technical ability and yes he got some pace.

Amaju no time to waste call him now to eat Owo and starch before it is too late. I currently rate him more than Rashford, than Dembele he brings more to the table. He is also younger than all these guys.

Seriously you know about Owo soup? Lol...

Are they out?

Besides I don't expect those two to have good home based teams due to their numerous exports scattered all over Europe especially in France despite their relatively small football population.

Not out but they lost to Niger and Benin.

I don't agree one bit. Porto is known for hoarding Nigerians. The best they get is team B or being sent out on loan. He did very well for himself at Man city now is just the time to buckle up and make things happen. I still believe in the boy he will come good.

I disagree with the first bolded.... Nacho shone at Man City and became the first real great quality from Man City's EDS and had such a rapid rise into the first team and made fine impacts with little game time coming his way... he achieved god status in the man city EDS set up and became the face of the man City Academy... till date Al Khaldoon Mubarak and co rate Nacho very highly and even mentioned him in their season review for 2015/16 as a key part of what they are trying to achieve as a club. If not why do you think He has such a huge buyback fee on his head from Same Man City?

Nacho did what no other youngster from Man City's EDS in recent years have done... and it will be hard to match even for the likes of Brahim Diaz and Phil Foden. Nacho blazed a trail and made his mark... give the boy credits and not lashing him because that is what you always wanna do when it comes to Nacho.. na wa...

And talking about complaints... have you heard Nacho complain? so why say he shouldn't complain? undecided

It is Victor Moses Vs Alex Iwobi today!!! cheesy

Alex Iwobi starts as the LWF in Arsenal's 3-4-2-1/3-4-3 formation....

Victor Moses comes back into the starting lineup to star as Chelsea's RWB in their 3-4-3 formation...

Hey PDPGuy... what were you saying again?? grin What happened to your Zappacosta talk on benching Moses after Qarabag? looolll

grin

Conte proved me wrong in a good way. I feared that he would find some flimsy reason to bench Moses. You know that a good number of Chelsea fans think that Moses is "not up to standard" for such a big club.

I know why some folks believe coaches can drop any experience, in form player without no injuries, no problem with management or coach.
Till now Moses is an experience in form player for Chelsea and I don't see conte drop him to bench without no issue and if sentiment comes in...

Here come a new club for him... Moses don't like bench... Ask MOU!

Tell that to Islam Slimani.... he is Leicester's most expensive striker/forward not Nacho.... smiley

Only thing is Nacho comes with heavy buyback fee for a young African player and Hopefully he lives up to the tag with time. Kid just had his first start after struggling to get back from the toe injury setback and get his fitness levels up.. so give him a break!! haba!

So again.. talk to Slimani.... he is the one your message is for based on "most expensive" not Nacho...

You need to move away from the parochial view, you views things from a Nigerian perspective almost exclusively. Be more holistic I know our first consideration is Nigeria but to get a more rounded constructive view we should consider the entire picture.

Slimani is in his second season with Leicester as far as the fans are concerned even the coaching staff (privately) a waste man. He is near 30 and almost completely written off as unable. 31 games and 8 goals is not premiership quality it's dissapointing in reality. There is no expectation on him.

However, KC comes with huge expectations he is the new point man. Young exciting best goal per minutes ratio in the premiership. Leicester fought off other clubs and there were quite a few to get KC.

Have no doubt we are dealing with English fans and a very traditional English orientated club. It's not about me giving him a break. if I was to be his advisor and say what you are saying that would be completely wrong advice.

You have to let the player know what the club expectations are not yours. Otherwise you are setting him up to fail and not doing your job properly that's if for instance you were his agent.

I DISAGREE COMPLETELY.

Consider the very favourable relationship Francophone countries have with France and it's FA. Such that it's very normal to go straight from thier local league into league 1 in France and start playing first team football with first team money.

It means very quickly they progress in the professional game at a young age. The national team has a huge pool of talent to pick from in French league 1 as well as other European countries where there players now have easy access.

Our players wil stagnate in local league for years before recognition. If injury doesn't get them age will.

Senegalese domestic league might loose it's best talents very quickly. But it opens a much more larger talent pool for the national team.

I understand this whole talk of English fans and media and their expectations of Nacho at Leicester and the pressure to hit things running immediately.... I understand all that and I know exactly what I will be telling Nacho because I don't buy the attitude of relaxing on oars... no way!

What I am saying is you, Sir Komekn...give him a break. This was his first start... and he understands the huge expectations on his head and young shoulders... did you see how upset and disappointed he was when he picked up that toe injury in the friendly against Mochengladbach? did you see his reactions and the way he stumped his palm on the ground in frustration?

That there is him displaying disgust at just picking up an injury when in fact he should be preparing to get things off the ground in flight at Leicester... he was upset because he understands the expectations of the fans and the media. So don't tell me he doesn't understand or that I being his advisor will tell him sh*t...

My own is leave Nacho alone to make his comeback... get off his case and let him be. Let the media and leicester fans do the Talking.... from what I have seen they have been patient.... so you follow suit and let him land biko. He is just making his first start... haba!

And again... I had to comment because you called Nacho the most expensive striker bought by Leicester when in fact it was Slimani... and now you call Slimani a waste man... lol... Sir, what is the standard for tagging players waste men sef? lol... your own don too much I swear... Hahahahahahahahaha....

Anyway... my views are as holistic and wide-viewed as it can be.... my own is simply... you Sir, give Nacho a break. No need over flogging the issue of the media and fans hype and pressure.... I am well aware of it all and so also is Nacho himself.

From Nigerian Chelsea fans, yes he has done well. But if you check message boards of U.K. - based Chelsea fans, a lot of them wanted him to be benched.
Also, when managers of these European clubs buy a European player to compete for the same spot with a Black-African player, more than 90% of the time, the African player ends up being benched.
So, in a way, I'm happy that Don Conte eased my fear.
