Clubs that use to be tier A but are struggling to impose themselves are the moment, A.C. Milan, Man United, Bayern and Inter. Clubs that were tier A level decades ago... Ajax, PSV and Liverpool. Clubs that were/are in or around tier A level Chelsea, Arsenal, PSG and City.
