Haven't you heard that his story was not consistent with some evidence? I don't believe he had anything to do with the deaths but then, he has roped himself in by telling lies. From the Autopsy report, the doctors said he didn't die of alcohol poisoning, but by suffocation(This could could only come from physical deprivation of Oxygen)......That's what the police chief said, u can easily get this info sir.

So until the police can find something other that Davido security detail following the people that took tagbo to the hospital or that Davido knew tagbo had already died. He (Davido) is innocent because they have not been able to proof that he did anything wrong personally on his path, just people around him.
