Are you going to new York or Chicago?

What is your interest with Abu Dhabi which is in the UAE


POE at Abu Dhabi is not very strict as long as you with your correct documents

They get mostly transit passengers who fly's with their airline etihad, unlike their neighbouring sister Dubai.

I can't see that fare again, the cheapest now is above 800 000

If you have a US transit visa or any form of US visa, I advice you fly into the US, then fly to port au prince, it would be way cheaper
