I don't think there is a direct cab or bus to Tech. However, take a cab or Bus to science, drop at Zoo junction, walk down the road and after Anthropology Department, you'll be able to see Tech. Or take a bike straight-up.

Or unable to pay for 2,500 to 3k hotel accommodation for a night.

it's on the school portal that "in addition to the photocard from JAMB" I think that means JAMB Original results.
In previous years UI used to asked for JAMB Original results.

pifa hall is at the distance learning center located at moniya along Ibadan -Oyo expressway.

You can get cab going there outside ui or at Ojoo
