He is the most underrated Act in Naija, I agree. At the moment, Don jazzy's team only has Tiwa in the forefront. Wande is growing. He has started mingling again with dem Bigboiz, Dbanj, Wiz. He has since made his first intl contribution, El Chapo. You will hear more from him soon.

Haha Wande Coal is growing? Like I said my bro, WC should be at the fore front of afrobeats gospel to the world. His mavins songs were back to back hits ( the kick, rotate)... You truly think WC would be on this level if he was still with Don Jazzy? Given that all the male acts in mavins are not A listers does not mean WC would have been at their level after being in the industry for so long and with deep musical catalogue... Mingling with wizkid does not make u big or an A lister, Dbanj is a legend due to his past, not coz of el chapo or any of his recent releases. Can you buy el chapo on iTunes? El chapo was a one day hit song and people moved on from it the next day.

Oluwatobi Wande Ojosipe popularly known as wande coal is today celebrating his 32nd birthday. Wande Coal started singing in the teenage choir at his church.

He got his break in the Nigerian entertainment industry as a dancer. He got signed to Don Jazzy's Mo' Hits Records in 2006. Wande  Coal left Mavin Records in 2013 and create his own record label Black Diamond.

Bro, i agree with you on some points. He didn't get the deserved attention during his days with Mo'hits and Mavin. He was only used and dumped. He released his first album in 2008. He never had the chance to drop another despite the fact that he had collection of songs ready to make an album. He left Don jazzy 6 years after releasing his first. Don had his way of doing things and it didn't favour WC so he had to move.

I’m a realistic music fan, I think Jazzy should have handled WC better... He may not have the looks and star razzmatazz according to Eedris lol but he makes all that up with his musical prowess. Mavins have not even pushed Iyanya as much as I would like, I guess dr sid and tiwa don’t want anyone to topple them.
