I'm not against guys criticizing players for performing sub par, I just think after the game we should get off the cases of players, Rashford made some poor decisions today and I was particularly not pleased cos I want him firing, a front line of Rashford, Lukaku and Martial is what I dream of. And by the way, my post was not directed at you...

He did most of the things I like seeing from a striker well. His finishing and off the ball movement will only get better.

But when I read this thread, I saw where people were blaming Rashford when the scores stood at 0-0 and 0-1. Rashford who had a far better night than Lukaku. Just because there was an argument, people shifted blame to the young lad. The only ball Rashford could have scored was a poor attempt at goal. But it was still an attempt.

Lukaku is improving week in week out. He's becoming a complete, modern Striker gradually. He's definitely gonna become a Hit, a world-class Striker very soon. His Ball Control has improved a lot. His passes are becoming top-notch, aerially, as a Target-Man, he has been Fantastic.

That is what is driving the old mans behavior. Making a case for rooney's contribution to the team back in the days of his goal droughts but not seeing that for Lukaku because he has swallowed hook, line and sinker the Bias Jam body, no technicality footballer the press has sold him. I will take a Lukaku going through a goal drought over the sh1t mr Rodney was serving us for 2, 3 years before he was sold.
