I could sense that most of them live in the UK.

Nice project anyways but it would be better if their daily lives could be documented somehow.

Although the title states Igbo youth living outside of Nigeria they seem to be British born to Igbo parents.

If you are born to two Igbo parents in Britain.

By definition that makes you an Igbo youth living outside of Nigeria.

No' not really if you are born and raised to Igbo parents you are British and you are Igbo, Nigerian and an African (of sorts)

They are not just living outside Nigeria, they have probably never lived in Nigeria. You wouldn't describe yourself as an Igbo simply living outside Nigeria when you also have a substantial sense of belonging to the UK etc from birth. You've spent your childhood, formative years and adulthood in the UK.

Someone who is from Igbo parentage that is born and raised in Nigeria but while still considered a youth moves to the UK for their undergrad for example. That person is an Igbo youth simply 'living in the UK'.

I have never met anyone who is born and raised in the UK describe themselves as such.

It's our reality as those born and raised in the UK to Igbo or Nigerian parents. We don't see ourselves as just living outside Nigeria although we have Naija influences. Maybe that would apply to our parents rather.
