And you know they didn’t do expo, how? You wer there with them in the exam hall? No giraffing or extra help, no matter how little during further math?

Both subjects require similar discipline, logic, mental ability, cognitive ability, quantitative ability; same line of reasoning, comprehension and retention, etc.....just that one is harder and tougher than the other.

It is like writing A-level maths and O-level at the same exam, but you got B3 in A-level Math and C6 in O-level Math.

The only way, what you are saying is possible is if the syllabus or exam for further maths was watered down. Don’t get me wrong, am not saying maths score should always be higher, they can be at the same level or lower a little bit...but C6 means you barely made it, just a step above a mere Pass and he excel in further math with a B3?

Mathematics na joke na, guys who did Futher mathematics in waec are machineries when in come to mathematics

I did both and I can tell you that there is no strong correlation between passing further math and general math.
Even within school exams, some who failed math passed further math. When people hear further math, they make
up a difficult course in their head when it is not so.

While pursuing Economics, run a professional course like ICAN or CFA.

Please it's not always like that,I had B2 in F/maths and a B3 in maths,the further maths exam was easier.

If you've done f/maths you should know this,your Math grade mustn't be higher than your f/maths

in fact if my memory serves me right my f/maths grade for all the external exams I wrote were higher than my math.

Although the OP might have cheated cos the combination of the subjects he picked are unreasonable.

There is no way i can agree this result is without expo.
