Qlife it is then. Thanks.

Children's Practice will not let you pay with POS at all, you must do Isrealite waka to go and queue in the GTB at the junction, save yourself the trouble, the process is just stupid in this day and age.

I guess they get away with such useless process because the 'purchase' of their product is 'one-off' , most people do not need to come back for repeat purchase.

Hey guys.

I have a question.

Can someone adopt a child after receiving their PR cards?

Yes. A Canadian permanent resident is eligible to adopt a child.

"In order to be eligible to adopt a child from another country you must either be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident".

Good day to everyone. Thanks for your support all the time. Please help a brother. Between ICES and WES, which is better for foreign masters USA and how long will it take.
Secondly, during the ee process is DNA needed cos I have 5 children and wanted to also go with my houseboy who has been with me for a while.

Out of curiosity, what are the reasons one may get his or file moved to LVO? Visa refusals? Travel history to a particular country? ADR?

I doubt it, if they are rejecting people on the basis of DNA, they will be scattering homes ooo ***runs and hide before they come for me.

The medical test fee cannot cover DNA test sef.

On a serious note, please adopt the houseboy legally and present adoption paper. Be on the right side of the law please.

Hi guys,

Please whats the best evaluation option for someone with BSC Law and Law school certificate from Nigeria? Also, what would be the result of the evaluation. I think I read somewhere about Law degrees being equivalent of Masters or 2 certificates.

He will need to create another profile. You cannot edit an ineligible profile. Read this.

Cc: Wealth360

Thanks for the reference GlitteringStar. The site also says:
...So, unless you made a mistake in your first profile or your circumstances have changed (for example, you have new language test results, you now have more work experience, etc.), there is a good chance you will be found ineligible again

Maybe before he proceeds to creating a new profile, he might have to do a thorough check too for any such possible errors as stated above

Welcome to the Express Entry thread. You will need to create another profile.

Thanks guys, will keep you posted.

Hello,

My boss (@40manlappy) has done justice to your question. Just try to attach all necessary documents to prove your work experience. Attach the E-mail, bank statement/pay stubs, offer letter, employment contract and co. Someone (@Dee30) shared this (read the post below) on Canadavisa forum.

"My employer refused to give a reference letter. I submitted offer letter, a letter from my teammate and recent payslips. Those were accepted and I got my PPR"

I wish you the best.

Hello e-family. smiley

Thanks for helping me clarify which job designation I should settle for. I would appreciate if I could get assistance on which NOC this JD as a Compliance Officer goes with:

You can check NOC 1112, NOC 1114 and NOC 4162 (not sure of the right one).

NOC 1114 says: "Financial examiners and inspectors review and examine banks, trust companies, credit unions, credit companies, real estate companies, insurance companies, pension funds, securities brokers and other financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulations".

Hello House,

@40manlappy and any wonderful person with valuable information:

Please I need help as regards assesing my transcript from Lautech.

I would like to find out what the cost is, the process and duration. If you have a contact person I can reach out to I wouldn't mind.

Thanks a lot.

I can't remember the cost right now. The contact that I have there is for PG school. Find out if they have resumed now but you have to apply online first.

If it's for their MBA, you can send me a PM.

cc: Hamiltondreamer

@40manlappy, I sent you a PM sir. Its about MBA transcript in Lautech for my spouse. It's what has been delaying us for some months now. We'll really appreciate your assistance through your contact at the PG school.

I've never used the PM function before so I hope I did it right. I'll keep an eye on my email.

Hello e-family. smiley

Thanks for helping me clarify which job designation I should settle for. I would appreciate if I could get assistance on which NOC this JD as a Compliance Officer goes with:

-Ensuring that Compliance requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures;

-Pro-address relevant issues concerning compliance in order to keep the approach, tools and skills of the Bank’s Compliance Function up to date;

-Identification of risks, areas of improvement (checklists, working papers, processes and procedures etc.), efficiencies and synergies and make appropriate recommendations to Chief Risk/Compliance officer and Management compliance committee. Immediately notify the team lead when unacceptable risk is identified and propose an appropriate solution;

-Carrying out investigations or ad hoc reviews at the request of senior management;

-Working closely with other control groups such as legal, risk management, audit and business supervisory functions to ensure coverage is comprehensive and consistent and that issues are appropriately addressed on a timely basis;

-Collaborate and cooperate with other departments to ensure professional responsibilities are fulfilled in an efficient manner, with due regard for the activities of those departments;

-Working with the Compliance testing team and Internal Audit to identify emerging risk areas and recommending ad hoc testing as necessary;

-Assist with the issuing of reports concerning Compliance Assignments within the set deadlines. Therefore write parts of the report to an increasing extent independently, according to quality standards of the Compliance Function and within the set time-limits.

-Differentiate high risk issues among compliance check findings;

-Systematically and logically analyse information;

-Develop an understanding of internal controls and related risk relevant for the bank and as a consequence a thorough understanding of the work to be performed;

-Maintaining record retention procedures for printed forms.

Many thanks. Kindly help @Newmum0615 @40manlappy @Glitteringstar

Thank you @Glitteringstar, I think 1114 (Financial Investigators) will do the job.

Since it is an example of a job title under NOC 1114, with the summary stated there, the job JD should not be too different from the summary.

I hope I am right?
