And no I haven't read the book but I was reading something similar about a girl who soul was sold unknowingly by her mother to the devil was chosen as his bride. The owner collected the book before I got the chance to finish it though.

But why would you be doing that right/better thing becos of someone else ahead of yourself?
You didn't even go into celibacy with a right mindset. U went into it partially as an experiment.

Anyway I am a Nigerian, resides in Canada and also visit Nigeria frequently

There is nothing wrong to call out a Christian if you feel that what is been said is not truth. But on the other hand you too should give room for others to explain.

As regards to Christians attacking other faiths, not all Christians do that and you must understand that not everyone that calls themselves Christians truly understand the word of God. For the bible said let your light shine before men that they may know your God in heaven. At times even your character is all it takes to draw people to Christ.

Your last question is what make you guys so special: the bible said for they that knows their God shall do exploit. You must understand Christianity does not mean perfection. We all are humans, we make mistakes and Christ died for everyone and not just the ones that calls themselves Christians. For me knowing Christ make me special. He give me that peace that can't be explained. No matter how bad things are at times because I know Christian, i always know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that peace always resides in me.

Being immune to criticism : any one can call themselves Christians but one thing for sure is that not everyone truly understand what it takes or the benefit of knowing God. For you to truly understand God read the Bible and meditate on it. When you know the God you serve criticism becomes more of a motivation for you to climb higher. The bible stated that you obtain wisdom even from the mouth of the foolish. A wise Christian when being criticised, learn and work on his week areas to become better.
