This same lady will not find a place to train in the core Islamic countries based on the same religious beliefs. And to correct some thoughts here, being a Nun doesn't mean you wear scarf everywhere.

When u think your religion is the most accurate and most peaceful without logical evidence then u will always be far from right thinking. It is not a sharia Court, if u are always stubborn with your hijab then the evidence of truth in ur faith is in words not in action.

You need to understand the word 'humanity'.Sir the word itself includes ways of living
pls will a Muslim country allow a non Muslims to be in their court room let alone not covering your head. You Muslims are mad about your religion and wants to force it to every one. It can't work. You guys started this shit. You discriminate, very intolerant and provocative, radical to the point of death. You still want ppl not to be scared you? Nkwucha abughi ujo. Once beaten twice shy. You must be ready to face the same music you guys play in every Muslim country. Go to every Muslim country as a christian or other faith, you will never be free. Any little thing you kill. Yet you are human in this imperfect world. What happened is not the best sha but you ppl started it.

Asmae Belfakir, a Moroccan-born Muslim trainee lawyer said she felt humiliated after a judge ejected her, last week, from an administrative court in northern Italy for refusing to remove her headscarf.

AA.com reports that tt a hearing in a regional administrative court in Bologna, Asmae Belfakir was asked by Judge Giancarlo Mozzarelli to either remove her headscarf or leave the courtroom.

“I entered the courtroom with all the other lawyers involved in that case. The judge started to say: ‘Can you remove?’ He didn’t even say ‘hijab’ and wasn’t looking at me. I thought he just wanted someone to remove their coat. I couldn’t have imagined he was talking to me. Then I looked him in the eyes and realised. I was upset and I said, finishing his sentence, ‘the hijab?’” Belfakir said.
“Immediately afterwards, he said: ‘Yes. If you want to stay in this courtroom, you must remove it.’”
“I replied, ‘I’m not going to remove it. I’m going out.’”

She said that while she was opening the door, he said to the audience: “Yes, that’s because of the respect of our culture and traditions.”
“Hearing a judge speaking of culture and tradition in that context made me feel really bad. I was just there to learn a job, to understand how the law should be applied. I wasn’t there to be humiliated because of my religion,” she said.
“I heard a lot of things about that judge; his modus operandi and his personal thoughts,” Belfakir said.

“I’m pretty sure that he would never have asked a nun to remove her veil, and I’m quite sure because a nun is not insulting his culture as I did by wearing the scarf.”

Belfakir said the judge should have known why she was wearing a scarf and that it was not affecting the judicial hearing or her skills as a trainee lawyer.

“In this case, the law should protect people and their freedom of religion – as it is not affecting in a negative way the others – no matter how difficult it gets,” she added.

The court of law has its own culture and tradition. Professionals must respect that. Go and work at a mosque if you must. Law is a very wrong profession for religious bigots.

Pls back up your statement with evidence if you have any or otherwise shut up.
Apparently you not only failed to set bigotry aside but also added ignorance and stupidity to it.

I'm not a muslim, but the way some characters behind some monikers make comments makes me wonder if they are actually christians. Some of them are the real anti-christs, not the christains they will want to claim. What prompted that statement you just quoted is what I can't still understand. From their comments, you easily know what they are, but, I tell you, most of them are not christians.

So it's only a Christian that can comment as such?

Abeg they should obey the laws of the land. A Muslim lady was denied entry into the Nigerian embassy in Saudi Arabia because she put on hijab, she had to remove it before she was allowed in

Pls, go back and re-read what you quoted and tell me where I said only christians can comment as such. Infact, if you understand English, you will even notice how I try to say christians don't make such comments.

A nun don't practice law with scarf. They abide by the rules of the profession. Religious ideology shouldn't intertwine with profession.

Why do Muslims always like to be given preferential treatment? Why can't they for once obey the law of the land?
