I think we can all agree that Arik Air has poor quality services. They cancel flights arbitrarily, withold refunds for up to a year, and their customer service is quite frankly appalling. How many of us have emailed without anybody responding? or called their customer service and they refuse to pick? How many of you have had flights cancelled on arriving at the airport? I believe enough is enough and something has to change, we can do this together. We call on all revelant Nigerian authorities and agencies to hear our plight and prevail on this company to change their methods.

Yes. Refund us. I have only flown arik in my dreams and it was terrible. Even us wey dey only see plane for sky go still sign the petition.

Thats how they delayed my flight that was scheduled for 09:00 hours to 13:30 hours. They initially said it was bad weather but when airpeace took off they changed it to operational reason. I was to return to lagos that same day but the scattered my plans and i had to spend money on hotel booking. But trust me, my return ticket is airpeace. Arik needs to improve on their services.

I'm definitely signing the petition. Arik is now a bone in our necks. maybe I've just been lucky to not have any of my flights cancelled, but I know how many times I've had to sit for hours at the airport to fly, without any apologies or s
remorse. And yes their customer service is just terrible. what am I talking too much for, biko let me go and sign the petition.

I missed my flight due to their poor customer service and lack of respect for customers. I tried checking in on line but to no avail. I tried all 5 of their customer mobile number only 1 was going through and no one picked the call. Is very unfortunate and I think that would be the last time I'd fly arik. I had to add 5k to reschedule. If they still want to be in business they definitely need to improve.

I get annoyed at these things. What would it take a government to correct this disdain shown Nigerians flying? I mean, why is this even a complaint? What's hard here? I don't understand. This doesn't require money or a big move but just little step. Is it that there is a demon that blinds our rulers? The same way Chinese and Lebanese companies use us like dirty rags. To me, this looks easy to stop. I don't understand these people. It won't take them anything.

Arik's issue has lingered for a while now but I think the company is putting a lot of efforts to get these issues resolved. I had a cancelled flight with Arik in November - 2016 but was refunded, December - 2017
