I don't need them but some other friend takes them whenever she flies.

There are pills for calming down of nerves when flying? What's the name please. I need them. I normally take sleeping medicines before travelling but my fear won't allow it work until I get home. So, even my parents get suspicious if I don't sleep two days straight after flying cos it's a normal thing.

I have this insane phobia for flying yet I'm obsessed with planes and I love travelling. Please help out if you can

Whenever I am in a market or crowded place; I have this urge to to just steal and start running; despite i am not a thief and hardly takes anybody's thing. And jungle justice scares me to the bone. One time I witnessed jungle justice I was just shivering with sweat the way people kept on hitting and beating the thief.

I use to be depressed for irrelevant things

I am always scared of a fight because I have this inner feeling that I can easily kill someone when am angry. Like as if my punch can just make my opponent lifeless .. I wanted to be a boxer when I was little


I don't think I can ever truly fall in love. Although I kinda hope and pray I fall in love someday


I feel like I am one of the most special people on earth. Like I have some awesome gift which I am yet to discover


And lastly I am not scared of hell nor do I care about heaven.. Heaven or hell doesn't bother me. I feel anyway na way like if see myself in either of them I go just adapt

Things like flashy cars, expensive gold chains, shoes, bags or clothes upset and irritate me.

I have an extreme phobia for snakes, worms or anything that look like that. Even USB cords scare me.

1) I'm a perfectionist. And I don't like it.
2) I'm almost psychic. Very sensitive especially Spiritually. I'm also an excellent judge of character. Also, if you hurt me intentionally and it pains me lot, whatever I wish for you will come to pass. Again, I'm convinced I have super powers or super human abilities that I'm yet to discover or harness.
3) I can't eat beans alone. It has to be paired with garri, custard or pap or I'm not eating. I also take tea with almost every food & soup except draw soups. Oh & I have to eat hot food ALWAYS. I don't eat cold or warm food except on rare cases. It has to be piping hot ALL THE TIME!
4) I have excellent multi tasking abilities. I can be pooing and be making up/setting my hair at the same time. I can be making a call, chatting on whatsapp, sending a text message & replying mails all with my phone at the same time. I can cook 5 types of food at the same time. I'm super fast when it comes to cooking.
5)I have an unhealthy love for perfumes and fragrances.
6) I can stay indoors for one week straight without coming out of the house. On the other hand, I love the company of good friends.
7)Touching my hair makes me weak. Back in school then, I would dress up for lectures and sit down for my roommate to pack my hair. It's always a bad decision cos by the time she's done, I would have been feeling so weak that I will just lie down on the bed and sleep off. I missed a lot of lectures cos of it.
I can never leave the house without making the bed. No matter how late or in a hurry I am. And oh, I can sleep for Africa! I can sleep for 24 hours & it still won't be enough.
9) A lot of people have described me as deep. I hear things others don't. I see things. I smell things & I feel things others don't.
10)I have never double dated, never been to a club & have never watched BBN.

@ no 4, I do this but at the centres of my feet. It started after watching how they nailed Jesus' feet, I was a child by then( shay you can see the effects of Hollywood on children).

I can clean my ears up to 5 times a day. Once I pass the cotton bud, I will just pick it even when there is no sign of dirt inside.

While sleeping if someone enters the room and talk, I will hear whatever that is said except if am dead tired or on medication.


Whenever I'm in a new environment, I can stay up to 4 days without poo unlike my two days intervals at home.

Different methods for different people.

Personally, when it is slight, I write poems about how I feel and it's like I tranfer my moodiness to the paper.
Tell your friend to embrace his/her hobbies and use them to distract himself/herself.
I also watch movies, hardcore comedy.
Ask your friend not to listen to slow songs. I listen to Nicki Minaj and rap along. There's this weird positive vibe her songs give me.
Hanging out with friends can help, although I have no physical friends, only online friends (who I may never meet). People who are depressed tend not to want to leave the house. But once they do, they'll love and appreciate it. Just getting them to leave the house, which to them, is the most comfortable place ever, is the major challenge.
