Can one apply to school as an international student and on getting PPR, landing and getting PR card now inform the University or College so as to be able to pay domestic fees? Has this worked for anyone? Will one need to apply from scratch again to the school?

Just seeing this. School has been tough. So long your payment deadline hasn’t pass, your tuition will reduce once you get PR. Got mine in November. So I had to pay fall semester as international student but winter as domestic. By the way, your landing document is sufficient evidence that you are PR. No need to wait for PR card before notifying your school.

Another reason to work on your PR is attached below. After I changed status, I was able to qualify for it and I applied. The rest is history. Thanking God for everything.

I am grateful, and should be happy, but the loss of losing 6 points at a time like this is very painful. We are now at 424, but with the complete CLB we should have been on 430

It happens
You need to practice practice and practice
Listening is all about concentration don’t engage your mind with something else
- Reading is all about practicing always skim past section 1-3 and focus on last section
- your speaking is strong so keep it up
- writing buy some materials and learn

You can request for a remark on your writing. And also retake if you can afford it, so you don’t have to wait long

Remember IELTS is ONLY one factor in the process. Age is not on my side , and I am the younger spouse

@ gistwivkome: I want to request for a remark only for now. I can afford to retake but I strongly believe I deserve something better because I finished the writing (letter & Essay), counted my words and made sure they were up to 150 & 250 for WT1 & WT2. I applied all needed techniques so am just curious why a 6.
