My brother, I have complied with every requirement regarding passport ..... if the size exceed 20kb, it won't even upload as it will display "passport size exceed 20kb" ......
ICAN website malfunction at times .... like now, we can't print out our exemption certificate unlike before..... try to login on exemption portal and u get error message !

I will call them if problem persist .

you Didn't Meet Their Requirement For Exemption Or You Didn't Follow Their Procedures. Call Their Help Line On What To Do Next.

Two things could possibly be:
1. Either your university/polytechnic is not accredited with ICAN or
2. You applied for wrong exemption by not first finding out if your degree/diploma qualified you for such exemption.
