If you've not received the congratulatory massage but you've checked on Npower site and you see the congratulation massage. Don't panic just be patience.

everything is going smoothly now, I think they have upgrade the site, because I just log in now with my mobile number, got otp, uploaded my passport for and I'd card, and before I know, I have on my dashboard.

It's probably network, and you can use Chrome as ur browser... Just keep trying it

See what Npowerng did to me ooo... After completing the screening in December, they sent me a message to go for another screening when i checked their Facebook page it says that if u've done it before no need... And now my own is unsuccessful
