Hello, at N power, a friend succesfull changed his password rightly after optaining his otp. Now he logged out and he's trying to login using the same password he changed. But he simply cannot, it says "failed password" and he's very sure that that he inputted the right password.

what do he do? As there is no option for password reset??

I have successfully logged in and changed my password but couldn't upload the picture and ID. The problem now is that i see no place to click so i can upload them.

I Am 2017 Npower Beneficiary, I Was Trying To Upload My ID Card On My NPVN Portal But I Could Not Upload It, But Uploading Pass Port Was Successful Before I Know The Site Bypass The ID Card Section And Did Not Upload It Please What Should I Do To Be Able To Upload My ID Card. Thank You

wat u just need is to revisit d site nd change ur url to npvn.npower.gov.ng/onboard. Once it opens,re-upload ur passport nd id card. Bt before u upload id, make sure u reduce its size to d maximum of 300kb.

even when compressed to 15kb it still didn't show up

Hello, I applied for n-agro, my program shows N-Agro but npower id starts with n-teach. Is there a problem with that? Discovered those I helped out their id starts with N-Agro Thanks for your reply.

it has worked. the new edit button on the profile works perfectly. Just that the system still subtracts a day from our day of birth . that is to say 11th Mar shows 10th Mar.

DEAR N POWER,

I am N-POWER 2016 awaiting list applicant. I have issues with OTP validation for the past 8 days. I have generated over 100 OTP and each time I click summit it shows Error! OTP Validation Failed/Dismiss.
I have used different browsers and network on both smart phones and computers day and night but still same error message keep showing up OTP Validation Failed. I have sent an email to N power support team, but I have not receive any response from them.
