I am afraid of what kind of advise I can give you at the moment because you already denied yourself the VISA as you are the VO yourself. There is nothing like the power of the mind, until you can convince yourself that you will get it, It will be hard for anybody to convince you otherwise.

Re-assess yourself and find a valid reason why you know you can get it. Then come back for assistance.

Bt now they asking for the scanned copy of my Visa cos i stated dt i av an F1 visa already. My questions now are:
1. is it advisable to send the Visa page to them nw
2. Hope Dey wont compel me to transfer my sevis to their school, thereby not giving me chance to look for GA in ETSU.
3. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Ofcourse you will need to transfer your SEVIS to them before you can attend. However you cant do that by just sending your VISA page to them, so maybe they are just looking for proof or something. To transfer sevis you will still need to fill ESTU trasnsfer form. If I were you, I will ask them why they need the Visa page. Just a simple email to them should do

This schools has so many bad feeling about International students trying to lie their way in, so I think the school only need your visa page for confirmation of your statement. No one can compel you to transfer your sevis unless you want to. Go ahead and sent it to the and see if they can offer you what you need.

My Advise; do not send it to a public domain email, make sure the email is xyz@theschooladdress.com.

Your chances are as high as you can account for. Can you give a convincing account of what you have been doing in the past 6years? Does those 6years have an effect on this course you are about to study? Someone with such gap has gotten visa on this thread before, so yours is not the first and will not be the last.

However, the international center of the school asked for a statement of account with at least $8000. I quickly informed my elder brother who resides in the US, he is very ready to sponsor my education, to send his statement of account. He sent it 17th April, 2018 with a balance of over $10,000 from Wells Fargo bank. I have been issued my I-20 and I intend to go for visa interview by ending of May, 2018. I would like to confirm if I would need to collect the recent statement of account since the one I collected will be more than 1 month by time I go for interview by ending of May.

The bank statement can be within 3 to 6 months time frame . In this case what you have is fine

Yes i did.. i wrote GRE. But the graduate coordinator in the department of computer science told me GRE is not eequired for fall 2018 admission. Though i mailed her before i applied.

Anyway west chester university pennsylvania is ranked 64 best Regional Universities North by usnews and world report I leave the rest to you.

Just curious ma'am, there's a need to know, it's more or less an additional knowledge for me.

I read thriugh a post here whereby it was stated that tge SOA has to be an original copy and not scanned when going foran interview. But since his bro resides in the States, how would he get the SOA , by mail or still scanned?

Well, i did my findings and i know little if not all about the school. i also exchanged several mails with the graduate coordinator even before i applied, my reason for posting that is just to know if there has not been issue at the embassy for people that choose this school before me.
