Open file manager and not from about phone, check if you have any free space.. if there is enough space at least over 1GB, then you need to go to apps, Delete Xender app cache and data then try again.

Just set apn to ntel. Immediately the ntel comes up before it disappears quickly use *#*#4636#*#* to lock it to LTE only.. it will stay put. Works for me like that.

No fingerprint reader, camera is meh, battery is just ok for a 3000mah capacity, those are the cons. Phone is very good in general especially for such price, you won't find any better option.
