2.All submissions must be deployed and run on the IBM Cloud.
3.All submissions must make use of at least 5 IBM cloud services. Use of sponsor or affiliate APIs is also encouraged.

Upgrading this site is not difficult for chrissake. I mean it still uses html 4 (and a commercially purchased script) in 2018!
