That M6 Note, is it vendor ROM? All the ads seem to suggest that they usually install what they call "multi-language" ROM. True?

Guys I need advice on how to tackle a crooked seller I bought some items from.

I bought 4 pieces of the item and shipped through a contact in China. The seller meanwhile, probably because he feels having a third-party in the process is an advantage, shipped only one item to the person while using a packaging box that would normally contain 4 (another trick, because if he had used a smaller box, dispute would easily be won based on the size of the box)

The package eventually got to Nigeria (weighing much less than it should) and someone picked up on my behalf, the main problem is, a friend of mine opened the package before I got to his place, which I wouldn't have done because I don't open packages without making a video.

So now I have only one item with me, a packaging box that would normally take 4, rightly sealed by the seller without any evidence of tampering before my friend opened it.

I really don't know how to proceed, do I chat up the seller or customer care? Or should I head to dispute knowing fully well that odds are stacked against me cos of the lack of sufficient evidence?!

First, you should make that person who opened your package without your permission know that he/she would bear the cost or consequences of thst action. How can can people be so discourteous as to do this? You should however still take the issue up with the seller since he himself doesn't have any proof that he sent all items to you apart from the oversized box.

Sorry to say, you don't have a case. Too many logistics loopholes and you can't pinpoint where the cheat came from. I will never do what your friend did. Never. Did u give him the go ahead to open it on your behalf? That's suspect number one. If you gave him permission, then he should have made videos, that makes him less of a suspect. The two people that received it from China and at home are the prime suspect.
There are some packages anyone can easily opened and close without a trace. That's why some sellers always write it on the package ,that it is liable to be opened. I beg you don't have a case against the sellers. Look inward within your logistic chains.

I don't think he can hold the seller culprit. He should have told the third party to make a video as he arrives and probably open it to confirm the content. I know some sellers are dubious but I think the problem likely from those that received it on his behalf especially the one that opened it , probably without his authorization. How does he want to win the seller? Besides, alot of sellers have pics of everything they shipped out to win case like this. I don't think he has enough evidence against the seller because of many third party involved.
