In my villa then, we use to go snail hunting in the night, so during the raining season we would go snail hunting in group each person with their touchlight. Because a book said something doesn't mean it's true or real, because you witness or experience something doesn't mean it's juju or spiritual, there are other possibilities If research is done, people misinterprete what they experience sometimes.
