t is not a dermatologist issue. He should go for blood culture test to rule out streptococcus, e coli etc infection. When the underlining causative is cured, the dermatologist can come in.

take piriton for the itching cos it looks like urticaria .
And take oral fungi medication to.stop the rashes from spreading further.

Use dettol, antiseptic soap and bath warm water until it clears. Wishing you quick healing!

OP perhaps u shouldn't be too worried, this looks like pityriasis Rosea(Viral skin infection) which normally clears up after few weeks but u should go to a Dermatologist for a proper exam. Meanwhile for the itch u could get a new generation anti-histamine (Levocetirizine Dehydrocholride 10mg, 1 tab at night only) And some topical Antiviral Cream or ointment. Stay safe man and Bigups for that nipple censor, No more freebies for dem ladies

Those days when she goes back to unimportant...the skin problem comes...then when she goes back to lagos it clears within a week. So maybe your skin is reacting to weather or water. Either way na one antifungal cream dey cure am if it's not STD.

It is easy to treat with an antifungal such as griseofulvin, fluconazole or itraconazole for 2weeks. However, considering how widespread it is, you need to test for immunosuppression such as human immunodeficiency virus. Don't be scared. you can as well go see a doctor for more clinical and/or laboratory diagnosis.

Just use blood purifier syrup and antiseptic soap for 2 weeks, you will be OK.
