Count is okay. Morphology okay. Issue is with motility a little low below recommended value; which I'd say may have been affected by infection. Do semen culture to rule out infection. Either it's still in your system or your system just pushed it off. Improve on your diet with more vegs and fruits.On the other hand, has your dw gotten checked? If not let her do. From my own observation your motility fast progressive is showing only 10%. I think this fast progressive figure is supposed to be greater than 32%. Your sperm needs to be boosted.

Doctors in the house can correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, could you talk about the tests findings after your DW carried out tests?

Pus cells indicates you have an infection or previously had one which has yet to clear well. You may need to run urine culture and/or uretral swab culture since nothing was seen from the semen.

That motility is too low, normal should be from 50% actively or progressively motile. Other parameters are good.

You get a good multivitamin and eat more of fruits to clear your system of those pus cells.
