Trust me, I'm the cheapest you can get. I am not just a lawyer but also an agent. Getting a selfcon of #150k within Ikeja to Island is almost impossible especially a standard one. You will pay the agent agreement and commission and caution fees which would make the house roughly 280k for total package. You'll have to buy mattress, curtains bed sheets, gas, cooking pots, plates and cutlery, etc as well as pay utility bills. You'd be needing at least 500k or 400k to start. Now, I'm letting you use all these and more when you pay 1/4 of the annual rent...remember you're using my gas, bed, kitchen utensil and I'm paying the utility bill but then this is Lagos and new recruits always believe the scammers before being wise.
