It didn't fly over there as well. She losts all her case against the uni, but insurance company for reasons best known to them decide to turn to santa clause.

Just like the course one of my ex girlfriend did and was even proud of it, Nappy changing course, Degree in nappy changing.

Good for her. But wasnt there a prospectus that she should have digested before embarking on that course. If she did read it and claim it exaggerated the impact of the course shouldn't the fault be on her for not developing herself beyond the scope of the degree

The advertisement was about the opportunities one would have if the degree is attained period.... no further studies required. That was not the case.... false advertising.

She actually lost all her case and the court even ordered her to pay the Uni's legal costs. She was paid by an insurer and not the Uni.

If she had won the case in court, every grad in britain would be suing the universities they graduated from.

She lost. I don't think she would have won if she appealed.
