If you haven't paid for Registeration however, you will do a fresh search of the name. If it is denied, you can make a manual application attaching copy of the search report. Impexp: Business name as it implies is a name under which you trade. There is no difference between you and your business name. Izbiz Ventures, Global Associates etc are all Business name and you can't sue the business name without joining the name of the owner of the business. The death of the business owner also brings the business name to an end. Incorporation or Company on the other hand is different and distinct from its members. It's owned by the Shareholders. The death of the Shareholders doesn't effect it and it's not subject to probate. You can chat me up for further discussion. |
