Please has anyone encountered this kind of issue and will affidavit which i had sworn back in 2014, a birth certificate and LOE suffice to explain this.
I have also attached a copy of the eca

I had a disparity with my name (my birth certificate didn't have my middle name, but some of my other documents had it. Also, my spouse's first name on their birth certificate was different from the 1st name that they had on all their documents. We received ADRs asking for evidence of legal name change. We wrote letters explaining the reason for the disparities and had the letters notorized. Those were the legal documents that we submitted. In your case, I will suggest that you do same even before you are asked.

Elders please answer this question o I have the same issue even though I haven't gotten my ECA report.

Firstly i already have an ITA but the issue is that there was a mistake on the date of birth on my waec result and bsc result... tho my msc has the correct date...

Now my Eca assesment and Wes put that clause of the descripances on these dates but my actual age which is on my passport is still on the ECA..

Im trying tosee if i would get a new ECA just for my msc and abandon those other results but WEs is saying they cant evaluate same result twice for same purpose.

I dont just want a reason why the VO will have to look at my application twice....

its stanbic not gt. Well no need to panic. The VO(montreal) have issues with it. The stanbic letter also did not state some of the cic requirements ( althught stanbic gives an account statement along with the letter). So going forward one should include the account statement when submitting )

Please, I am about to submit my application and my son had a birth injury (called ERB's palsy) at birth, which affected the nerves to his left arm and makes it difficult for him to raise it as high as his right arm. He requires occasional physiotherapy to strengthen some of his left shoulder muscles. Otherwise, he is healthy in every other regard.

Please, how did you go about declaring your dependent's Medical condition?

And based on our case (highlighted above), how do you advise I proceed with mine (what do I submit initially) to avoid additional requests/delays?

Did you upload the Medical reports from specialists along with a Schedule A form with your application? Or were they submitted during Medical exams with the Panel Physician? OR BOTH?

On the Schedule A form, please what is the BEST/SAFEST answer to the question "Do you or any of your family members have a SERIOUS medical or PHYSICAL or Mental disorder"?

I was told they will refund to my credit card but if i would like World Education Services (WES) to prepare an evaluation report under the name on my academic credentials, I should submit a new WES application using that name. My worry again, my passport has the new names, I registered with WES with the new names, but my credentials have the maiden names. I have even emailed WES making them understand that I also have marriage certificate, affidavit etc but am waiting for their reply. Pls pls pls advice me

Did you get your GCMS notes to confirm what caused the delay? And confirm no review was put beside your POF?

Please, if I submit my Bank Statement of Account and Gift Deed as POF, is it allowed to later (after submitting and receiving AOR) move the funds to Mutual funds so it doesn't stay in a Savings Account for 6months?

If asked for updated POF, will this be taken as misrepresentation even though the funds are intact in the Mutual funds account when/if requested?

I am considering limiting the movement of the POF funds to limit the number of documents I need to upload. Also, considering the recent experiences with Montreal VO doubting the liquidity of Mutual Funds.

I think you've done the right thing by sending your Affidavit and marriage cert to them.. I will suggest you get their response first and then know how to proceed or someone who has been through it here can respond..

You can also send your newspaper publication to them too...all the best
