Why everybody they mention CHELSEA as if the rule is because of them, Monaco have same issues 18 players out on loan HABA,... They don't think of the players development at all.

This rubbish of having huge numbers of players out doesn't make sense. If you want to loan, why BUYING the player then, and players keep leaving one club to another every season suffering, while the clubs keep making big profits. Let the clubs that really need them buy them on permanent deal, not on loan.

Very good development FIFA

my take loaning out players isn't all bad to an extent because most of this players loaned out are mostly a product of the academy been that they cnt easily break into the senior team loaning them give them playing time and gather experience at the end of loan spell club will analyzed their performance....

Chelsea are the masters of this silly trend.

They did that to Ola Aina, Kenneth Omeruo, Nathan Akè, Nathan Chaloba, and almost did it to Christensen, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Tammy Abraham.

Next on the list is Real Madrid, who loaned the life out of Martin Odègaard and Illaramendi.
Your allegation was 3yrs ago.Pls read n understand. It's about players aged 21yrs and about none club trained players
Go to (england) FA'S website and read.
Chelsea have the least of players on loan compare to the clubs that finished top 4 last season.
Chelsea also have the most successful youth system in the passed 4yrs. Man city is the club that abused the system the most in the said period.
NB:Chelsea fc is been banned because of an African player they signed some yes back, but said there was not wrong in the deal. Man city admitted and they were fined almost £350k+ Chelsea have filed appeal at CAS against FIFA verdict which indicted them. Probably, before January 2020,the case will be decided.

I don't see the point of buying a player only to loan him out to different clubs till you dispose of him. Doesn't make one bit of sense

For example, our Omeruo @ Chelsea from d beginning till when his able to cement a permanent stay in LA Liga!
You are on point my brother!!!

add Mo Salah to the list. Chelsea prevented us fr0m signing him way back in 2013, only to ship my guy to italy. Sha, destiny saw that he returned back to his Kingdom of Anfield.

Though our club we be affected,
As we currently have 32 players on loan in other clubs!
But on the long run, it is welcome development.

So true bro,the biased FIFA is the most corrupt football empire the world have ever known. See the controversy that arises for 2010 SA Worldwide cup the the Qatar 2022 hosting rights...... Hmmm... Wahala organization.
They are anti African sports developers but claiming the opposite.
In fact, how many FIFA development project do we have in a
Africa compared to Europe?
They over concentrate their activities in southern and northern Africa living the central and western Africa with little to nothing.
West African in only remembered for very junior soccer events. CAF is another issue. All southern and northern Africa affairs. Pinick was just there to cover for someone who was sacked only for him to be sacked as well.
Hmm.... More to say but.....

How many players are "aged 21yrs and above and non club trained" that are on loan from Chelsea? Morata, ake,,omerou gone,Nathan... Gone. Moses..hmm. Bakayoko,tomori,abraham...recalled.
