I think He needs to play a little politics, though. The aim should be the masses... and I know it can be done. With government supports and some waivers to incentivize his shipping and landing cost, it will help bring down the cost of production. The government can also go a step further by making power supply available to industrialist like him, anything at all that can help bring down cost of production should be implemented
