He passed to the great beyond in July 1959. If you have read anything about church history in Nigeria, or Africa as a whole, you would known him.

One the best and finest prophet in Nigeria history. I heard a lot about him this are real men of God not all those pot belly decrivers claiming men of God.

Him, Emmanuel Omotunde Omoniyi and Daniel Orekoya were mightily used by God. The issue I have with some of his followers is the extent they now practice idolatry using babalola. Some even hold crusades at his tomb. Some put his posters on their cars for protection. All sorts , Jesus is the only way; Jesus is our teacher. Babalola is like class representative or class captains in schools, they too will write exam and be judged so we shouldn't encourage idolatry and focus on our teacher, Jesus.

Great! But the source of the story needs more information for a more accurate perspective.

I thank God I am a beneficiary of the grace of God poured on that special vessel.

He was an awesome selfless man of God who didn't build a personal business empire at the expense of service to humanity but acted as a gracious agent of divine foundation for many Christians, churches and Christian ministries in Nigeria. Non-Christians and governments benefitted and are also benefitting from the blessings of God through him. I can't but pray that God will show Nigeria and the rest of Africa mercy again by raising ministers of God as such for us.
