Mine wasn't successful at all. No deduction from my bank account. [/quotes]

If no deduction from your account, then it has to be an issue at your bank.

This period hasn't had any significant effect on the behaviours of these Investment houses/ asset managers. All of them are just displaying their normal characteristics. I have been indirectly involved with FBNQUEST since December 2019. After the 4th quarter of 2019 it them quite a while to start crediting the daily interest in January 2020. There was no Covid 19 situation then same scenario is happening now.

United Capital credited their quarterly interest and started posting their daily interest almost immediately during the lockdown period. I started using them this year so I may not have much to say for now.

SIAML have their pattern of reinvestment of interest and have been consistent with it.

These are the 3 I can say something about now.
What is SIAML?

So I guess there's a 0.075% monthly service charge for FBN MMF or 0.9% Annually?

Is this correct?

cc @emmasoft and everyone

Mgt fees is part of total expense ratio.
Total Expense Ratio
consist of management fees, additional expenses, such as trading fees, legal fees, auditor fees, and other operational expenses

Hello guys,

I am new to mutual funds investment and I’m only in the trial process.

I funded my united capital account but the money is on the cash account and not on the MMF that I want it.

Has any have this similar issue? How do I move the money from the cash account to MMF account so I can earn interest.

Hope to get honest responses thanks

Send your complaints to:

I hope this will help.

Please note @manworrior55 and everyone, when you deposit money into the funds manager's acct, it's regarded that you have invested already even if it's not yet transfered to the uder laying assets ie your mutual fund. As an investor you don't bother after your deposit, its the job of the manager to do the transfer to the required fund of your choice, if the mutual fund you invested in is price base ie offer price different from bid price, the Manger then divided your cash with the offer price and you have your unit holdings. I am sure if you check your account tomorrow you will find out that there will be zero cash. That is how the circle is repeated anytime you deposit money. If your cash was deposited before the cut off time you will still earn the day's interest irrespective of the stage your cash is presently. That is ucap. Others like Investment One or FBN will not display this cash stage to clients, its just a matter of operational policy and software configuration. So brother be calm. You don't need to take any action.
