I come in peace.

Just two years after the mall was built in this area, a plot of land jumped from 7million Naira to 13milliin. In some places, it is up to 20m, especially the ones close to the main road.

Just look behind the mall and see American wonders going on there.

BON HOTEL TRIPOD OWERRI(with a roof top )

This is a multi-national brand, rushing down to owerri, just like Protea. All these made possible because of the name Owerri has created for itself. This is the same way Benz, or Toyota can decide to site its factory in Nnewi or Timberland opening an outlet factory in Aba.

Mind you, Owerri is their third in Nigeria, after Abuja and Lagos

SkyMall Owerri is being developed by Bildiamo limited owned by Samson Ogbuji. Thank God he remembered home. Ebeano should open an outlet in the east as fast as possible. The eastern economy is fast growing.

They are also the owners of SkyMall at Sangotedo, along lekki Epe express way, Lagos. The second largest mall in Ajah/sangotedo axis of Lagos...

This picture is for none igbos especailly ignorant untravelled Afon, who assumes that igbos show pictures of only rich areas and not where the ordinary man lives.

Now, look through the picture, what do you see? A forest right? Yes! That’s what it is. Those are the ordinary citizens. They buy land, build their taste, and before you know it, they whole place organically forms a collection of beautiful looking residential buildings. This is not a GRA, it’s just different individuals Who bought the land years back, probably when it was cheaper and now ready to build their homes.

Some of these areas don’t even have good roads, but trust that the neighbor and buildings are dope. It is after a long time government remembers them, to build their road and drainage. In some places, the landlord contribute to build their roads...

This is why igbos are called developers. Changing the landscape of every where they find themselves, with real estate development.

If you come back here in 5yrs time to snap pictures, when most of this place would have been developed, you will think it’s an estate or Gra, naaaa! It isn’t. It’s just a good.
don't mind them always bragging with a Lagos that was never there acheievment.
I need pictures from ekiti, ondo,or osun to come and counter this owerri thread..as I will counter Ibadan anyday with Enugu,I counter igun any day with anambra, now sm challenging the remaining sfonja states with this owerri thread, oya make una post make we see una.

Bro, don’t Bleep with Asaba mehn, it’s another place I respect, from Okpanam, opposite the airport, down to the heart of Asaba is a sea of magnificent duplexes with neck breaking roofs that can make you want to disown your father if he doesn’t measure up. You see it when driving down from Benin to Asaba. I heard business men from Onitsha hold sway in the development of properties there.

We are holding it down here West of the Niger, lots of Anambra folks are also investing massively in real estate projects here in Asaba, even in places like Ibusa, Okpanam and Igbodo. But Asaba in particular is in the conversation for one of the fastest growing cities in Nigeria/Africa right now, thanks to its proximity to a commercial town hub Onitsha as well.
