tutudesz:So why are people not dropping dead in Kogi, its been 3 months since corona enter 9ja. If corona really is in kogi, d incubation period is 2 weeks, why has there not been an upsurge in people running to the hospitals. Dont kogi people(both doctors n family members) have social media to be crying of overwhelming deaths or perceived cases. Bros corona is real but 9ja corona is almost a facade. If two states out of 37 decide not to allow NCDC and no one is dieing mysterioysly there, then what is the fuss all about pls 4 Likes |

PinkStarsFallIn:Politics that why!! Remember so many state up north said there was no infected persons in their state, till we started hearing 200,100 unexplainable deaths in 2 weeks. 1 Like |

jabor4Naija: You may have had a mild case of coronavirus. The early symptoms are similar to those for malaria and flu except the loss of sense of smell which doesn't apply to everyone. I remember that the Commissioner in Lagos said many will have it and not even know. That's because they have strong immune systems which fights the virus over a period of time...just like regular flu. Those are the ones we see dancing in the Isolation centres. Their symptoms are mild and manageable with basic drugs. The moderate and bad cases are the ones who may get to the stage of having breathing difficulties or organ failure where there's an underlying illness. May God perfect your healing. It shall be permanent. Amen |

tutudesz:U mean out of politics, this two states have decided to withold d true rate of infection in their state? Then what gain is it to them politically then? If the north like kano as i know u are referring to was witholding info n then there were reported cases of deaths upto 100 n 200 as u claim, why did dos deaths stop abruptly and now we are no longer hearing of mysterious deaths. Now NCDC reports 20,10,5,30 cases in a state were there was supposed 200 deaths. All this shits dont add up bro. Till residents in cross river n kogi start flooding d internet with strange news, then all this na wayo |

delpee:Before covid-19 have people not been having cough, fever n d rest? Why is it now that this common illness are been regarded as "Mild cases of covid-19" i had cough n fever since dec19 it was only in feburary i was diagnosed with TB just before our first index case. If i was diagnosed later, i would have been diagnosed with corona virus. This corona virus has no standard testing kit yet to single out a corona virus from other respiratory infection. Hence the purported spike. Shit is almost a hoax in 9ja |

Approximately 44k samples tested so far, not 44k persons o because some may be tested more than once, yet we have around 7k cases. given the fact that we are shamelessly under testing, from this, more than 11% are positive. and with poor publicity campaigns and poor health infrastructure it simply means that so many people are positive. more than 59k sef NCDC is just testing for formality. Even they know that just protect and educate yourself and your family |

That's 25% of test came out positive. That's good news as it shows most people actually have it but it's not killing people that much here in Nigeria. |

PinkStarsFallIn:About a month ago I had persistent catarrh (na normal thing with my body shaa), then some cough and then I had slight heavy breathing for two days..I took no medication and got well within 3 days(because I've had this symptoms in the past)..it's been a month and none of my loved ones has shown any similar symptoms...I am almost certain that had I gone to FMC with this symptoms they would have tagged me a covid 19 patient there and then..after all my symptoms fits the bill. |

d question we should ask our self is that is ncdc sure that all what d see in lagos is coronavirus? if that was 2 b d case it mean that nearly half of d people in lagos has coronavirus, & their death rate should b as bad as d uk & spain but so far that is not d case as lagos coronavirus related dead is not even as bad as some state in d north. that is y coronavirus in nigeria still remain a scam |

With this figure i want to believe the relaxe of the lockdown increase the cases rate by about 300%. Before the relaxation started, the total case then was about 2000 for the whole four weeks of the lockdown. Now the relaxation is not up to four weeks, we have already recorded about 6000 which is 3 times the formal result. It's high time our government did the needful and stop using our lives to play cards with covid-19. They fully know well that the relaxation is very dangerous but because of their wickedness and selfishness, they have chosen to waste our live instead of money. But God is more than you all!!! 1 Like |

Davoneskay:Why and how would it be disastrous to people if the had knowledge of drugs being used to fight the Covid Don't tell me you never bought OTC medications to treat yourself of malarial, headache et al. If govt could make the drugs available OTC then I see nothing disastrous here except, of course, it's all scam Do you even know that isolation centers in US don't even administer nada to covid patients? Patients were just isolated so their immune systems would fight the sheet off while self isolating. Ignorance is so rampant and some people are making a big kill off this Covid thing. |
