submission of Application - Email stating application in progress(3days) - SMS of instructions to fill bank details and accept the offer (after 2 months) - credit Alart ( after 48hrs)

No, its not fake. This was exactly what I did, you can actually input the amount you want after selecting your loan category. I wasn't sure of the whole thing back in April when I applied, so I just selected the least category (500k-1.5M) and entered N400k manually. They approved N360k for me, though I'm yet to see alert.

Yes, it's real, i saw some people that received an alert to that tune i.e 400k and below.
