It depend on location, dept and how wide it is, my brother constructed one and its almost close to 500k. Perhaps due to the fact that we planed to use the top for car park, which make us erect column, beam and solid slab.

one thing I always tell prospective home owners is that good LOCALLY fabricated doors are not cheap. most people beleive it should be cheaper since it's locally made hence they prefer the foreign doors. meanwhile the foreign doors that are same quality as our locally fabricated door are More Expensive and they still prefer the foreign to local.

hdf door is a solid flush door hanged with 3 hinges if constructed properly

the skin door is lighter and less expensive

most people won't even go near akala or mahogany polished finished door cos they are more expensive and labour intensive.

Local doors are fabricated with imported boards (MDF, HDF, MFC) layers.

it's your budget that determines your choice of door. I can assure you there are quality local doors in Nigeria at reasonable prices. it's either price over quality or quality over price.
