The money wasted on this una High-Rise Roof would have build another self contained with the main Bungalow.
I can understand when Rich people who built expansive Storey buildings or Duplexes decide on this sort of Roof but for a 'managing Bungalow' to be doing 'l-follow-come' like this is really funny!
Just look at the height of your building above the ground, it does not take much imagination that this house will experience flooded rooms in no time, except it is built on a Rock, which l am certain it is not , looking at the environment.

The owner does not need this sort of Roof for his small project, it is not fitting, a waste fo money and ridiculous bu tit i snot my money, so make l shutup

If you are in PH enter go to a big dealer around your site, cement is 2500 without delivery (or 2600 with delivery to site).
Try and negotiate the welder price
For the labour try and negotiate
Note : daily pay for laying blocks is 4000 and helper is 2000 in PH.

6 inches solid is N150 to 180 in PH, you do not need plaster sand and all that craaaap.
