But that's so wrong and unprofessional...

You can't tell investors they can top up monthly within 1st to 11th month, and then refuse to top up for them after they invest!!!

That development can be protested!

I think y'll missing something here. IMO, one may not be able to top-up on their existing investments(6 months) anymore, but the new plan (12 months Smart Fund) gives room for top-up just like the current plan (6 months). the only difference is the extension of contract duration from 6 months to 12 months, which is cool!

The information under product description says top up is allowed monthly (month 1 to 11)!

So, refusing to top up for any investor within that time range will be contradictory, right?

You can top up for Smart Funds product range. However there is another product range called Huge Saver for which Topup aren't possible

Please someone should attend to my question it's urgent, I went to MBA Abuja office to collect my mou and a lady next to me came for a top up, she was told they no longer do top up. I want to know if this is applicable in other branches or just Abuja.
I topped up on Monday.
You top up within 7days of your investment.
Anything after that, you will have to wait till after your next ROI.
May be she didn't explain things to you in depth.

Hi @airsaylongcom. Does the new package affect investments that took place on the 5th of August(05/08/20)? Can I top up monthly on that investment?

Determined by the branch. Most branches will want to drive traction in the new products so might resist topups on the old products

Very good observation. MBA should thread with caution over this. The existing contract should be given all rights and privileges.

niyoni:

Lekki branch precisely. Wouldn't that amount to a breach of agreement?

The investment was premised on the 6 month business agreement which has a provision for monthly top-up, prior to the new packages.

I was told that the BA would be ready for pickup 3 weeks from the investment date.

MBA is not a platform, but a company duly registered and certified, and with physical head and branch offices!

Do you even know the difference between a platform and a company? MMM was a platform: no physical office, no variable registration and/or certification, no form of BA or MoU etc etc...you understand now?

I know MBA forex has been real, at least so far so good.. But why has SEC been blacklising it when it's supposed to be registered with the CBN or the CBN registration part isnt true? My other fear (f**k fear afterall this whole life na risk) concern is that, its usually when informal asset management organizations like MBA starts exploding in popularity and their investor portfolio base starts increasing astronomically as is happening now that the such investment bubble usually bursts as experienced from numerous others. I dont really see this happening with MBA forex sha as their fundamental intent has been positive from the onset and i hope they have a reinforced anti-crash / anti-sabotage strategy in place just in case the big malefic bank boys become jealous and start feeling threanend as they usually do before trying to destabilise the success of anyone or organization that tries to take them out of business and give true financial freedom to Nigerians. I just hope it stays graceful for as long as possible.. Anyways, is their current interest rate still 15%

Someone says that he lost 1.5m naira on Fxtm platform because of their huge spread and I want to state that he's speaking from the point of ignorance. Fxtm is one of the brokers that I use to trade the financial market. I also use hantecglobal, hotforex, rally trade, avatrade, etc.fxtm spread is large I agree especially in times of high volatility, if there's high impact news and market start to go ballistic like Russian atomic bomb but you can't loose money in the market bcoz of high spread. You will only loose money because of greed and undiscipline.greed and indiscipline is when you are using a lot size bigger than your acount size without stop loss as a risk control measure.trading without a stop loss is like jumping out of plane without a parachute. You will not loose your money because a broker spread is big. You will loose money in the financial market because you are greedy and have no regards to risks management.
