Are you having difficulties getting some things done? Perhaps, your finance is

If your top up was from the app/web ie using your card details, it takes two working days.

Contact customer care. I'm sure you will be well guided. If there is no issues, bank transfer will take 24hrs or less to reflect in your fund account in all the funds irrespective of the fund manager.

No interest on my Stanbic mmf for 2 days now, could it be because of the curfew in Lagos or interest is now 0% undecided

Fellow nairalanders!

Extensive search brought me this far.
However, the more I read the more I became confused.

All I seek is simple guide to mutual fund investments. Which one works? Which to stay clear of? Which bank is tested, best rated and approved by you guys? Zenith or GTB?

Please, clear my confusion. I just want to start investing. Yet I want what's best and texted.

I bought ₦43,000 worth of share in WEMA in 2007 till today I heard nothing. Omega bank also disappeared with my ₦₦₦₦₦₦ first ever public offer share i bought into. I mean I have had bitter experience of this thing. Yet I am not giving up looking to get it right.

Show me the best. The trusted. The reliable and trustworthy high yielding bond/share investment.

Thanks

Once you have a clear objective ie reason for wanting to invest and how long you are investing for and knowing your risk tolerance level then you can make some informed decision as to the type of investment you will go into at a particular time.

For mutual fund I will recommend VGIF it's with Gurranteed capital and interest. Currently rate is 7.5%

For stocks there is nothing like best stocks what is best to a particular investor may be worst for another at a particular time. The truth is that there are many factors to consider and couple with your objectives before picking a particular stock to invest in.

To guide you through mutual fund and stocks investment come onboard with us at investment one.

Please why is stanbic mutual funds stagnant for two days, Tuesday and Thursday? This is unusual. Are they thinking people don't check the daily profit?

Guaranteed investment funds offered by stanbic.

Other than the money market fund (mmf), stanbic offers other mutual funds as well

The interest is not guaranteed. Most investors lost around 5 percent YTD.
It is euro bond fund and not the regular euro bond and they have made losses in the last 2 quarters.
