Likewise me. I got an item with seriously damaged screen. I opened dispute, sent loads pictures showing all sort of angles of the item and package to AE, yet the nonsense team has the infantile reasoning to be telling me that the damage must have been from me.

I think this should be the new norm. Once u get a product that's liable to defect by bad handling, just do a video when opening and if it's okay, simply delete the video and move on.

As part of their policy, the store I ordered my item gave some instruction, one of them is, if you see your package looks damaged don't collect it from office, so that the store can claim damages from the shipping company. What do you guys suggest in the event that one's package appears mutilated, collect it or not?
