I have 19 workers and I registered only 10 workers as required. Now one of them got the first alert and never returned to work. She didn't even tell me except one of her friends among my workers .So Wat do I do because definitely she is going to get the remaining three months
There is Nothing you can do, no option to remove or add employees after registration on the platform.

I read a similar case on Twitter where the CEO was asked to send a mail to survival fund containing details of the deviant employee.

I was called yesterday to complete my profile on survival fund . The lady told me categorically that I needed to do it before Sunday.
1) CAC verification status unverified
2) CAC status ( additional info) unverified
What is the solution?
What can be done to change this?
Mind you, I used SMEDAN certificate not CAC certificate. What can you advise me to do now ?

The only solution is to look for someone with CAC Document and use the person information to edit your profile as an employer then add yourself as an employee. You can not register CAC now and get the documents immediately, you cannot also use forge CAC for the registration. Beware of those who say inbox me i will help you.........

No. The business account detail is what they need and the the BVN of the CEO that is linked to the business account, when the business account status is shown verified that means your business account name is what appears and not your personal account .
That's why they pay CEO through their companybank account and not their personal account

I didn't add my company account cos as at the survival fund registration, I had issues with it. So I used my personal account details as the company's account. And it was verified. I've been paid.

Someone was paid then while he uses SMEDAN Certificate as CAC. Now they have started sending people notification to update their CAC and the person doesn't have any.

Mine isn't the case of CAC and SMEDAN. I used my personal account as my business account.
All they want to verify is the correlation between in the BVN and the names. And my name also appeared on the business registration as the CEO. So it's done.

Let me be hopeful on this because I have been called thrice in the past one month after my registration and my employee was called just once in the last 3weeks. I am not understanding whatsup again ooo
