Yes, you have to. Since you have some amount covered by the scholarship, you will only need to submit the scholarship letter showing this along with your bank statement showing the balance which isn't covered by the scholarship.

Some school does, BCU doesn't allow Neco, requires writing school English exam to qualify for Msc.

You'll probably receive decision and collection mail same day. However, If you choose to go there and collect it, no problem, they'll give you. Someone here had a similar issue and they gave him his visa.

You can use two account at 28 days as PoF.so if you have another with say 1M or more for 28 days,include it.
2. you can also make extra payment on school fees deposit.
I deposit at 520 but I also kept a second account with 3M running on the side for 28 days,so mak I see how forex go chop 3M in 28-30 days.
