An opportunity came for me to renovate a big house, install inverter in the house and on their farm. I was called upon to do thorough study and submit reports/quotes. It took me and my team a whole week to carry out the assignment and total cost was a little above 15m. From no where an architect in-law of theirs appears and was given the job. More worrisome was the fact that he was given my recommendations and he followed everything step by step. I have been to the house to run errands for the family more than twice and I saw everything. The only thing I got from them was “sorry our children overseas decided to give it to our in-law”
Early this month God compensated me with a small job and I’m not hungry to the glory of His name.

Firstly that job was never yours because what's for you shall never pass you by. Secondly, stop putting all your eggs in one basket to avoid future breakdown like this... your over excitement didn't allow you to see that the lady was actually doubting you hence so many questions. lastly never give up that which is for you wiill come soonest when you don't expect it.

I am really sorry about it. The act of betrayal is very painful especially for a close one. However, I can only proffer what worked for me and hopefully it does to you too. First, pray to God to let go and forgive. It's a hard prayer but with it comes peace. Secondly, act as of nothing happened ,If your friend greets you respond as if nothing happened. Be grateful you know the type of friend he is. Try to gain wisdom from what has happened and move on after all many doors will still be opened . As long as God is still on the throne.
