Awww, thank you, traveling is my passion! I love new experiences, meeting new people and learning about their culture. That’s how you learn about others...visiting their home, tasting their foods and “intentionally” looking to experience life through their eyes. Everything that glitters isn’t gold, so while it’s great to experience all the fun things in life, it’s equally as important to realize that many don’t have this opportunity. So, I personally try to see life from their perspective, which is such a humbling and educational experience. It opens your eyes and forces you to do better and help others, because ultimately “it’s not about me”.

Trust me, EVERY country has its issues, some just do a really great job keeping it out of the limelight. And it’s easy to prejudge others based on what we see on the media (and they tend to portray Black counties poorly). If I didn’t know better, I’d think this was intentional.

I travel to educate myself and it has been such a humbling and fulfilling experience. It allows me to count my blessings, but more importantly appreciate, respect and celebrate the beautiful life and culture of others!

Imagine going from such enjoyment and freedom to hell (the madhouse of the universe). If the earth now subject to decay can be this beautiful, yet God said no eyes have seen nor ear heard, neither has come to the heart of man the things which God has prepared for them that love him. Then Heaven must be truly a beauty to behold. Mansion down below are scarce commodity, but mansion in heaven will be a common place. Funny thing is God has given human some stretch of the imagination to conceive and possibly replicate a little of heaven's beauty, while devil himself continually try to spy on heavens beauty, exceptional technology and try to replicate it down here to permanently cut off man from desiring heaven; unfortunately he has being unable to achieve that goal. Let's desire, work and labor for that eternal place of perfect peace, tranquility and beauty. WHERE NO ONE EVER DIES!

Hey friend, okay here’s my price breakdown in USD, keep in mind I’m flying from/to the states in Dec 2019:

Flight and hotel was $1700 per person USD. I lodged at the Grand Sheraton Dubai for 7 nights and flew Lufthansa (premium economy). I booked this package on Expedia.com

Food really depends on where you eat. They have tons of options to fit any budget.

Nightlife was similar, depends on what you drink, there was no cover charge to enter to nightclubs for example.

The city tour and museum tour cost me about $30 per person USD

Dinner in the sky ranges from AED 499 to 699 per person

Brunch at Atlantis was $155 USD per person

Desert Safari with dinner costs about $70 per person USD

Uber is plentiful there, but they also have an excellent transportation system which is relatively inexpensive to use and easy to navigate. You can even purchase a pass to cover the days you will be there.

Not sure how popular Groupon or LivingSocial is in Nigeria, but it’s very popular in the states and in other countries and I booked several of my Dubai activities from these two sites and it was cheap. Definitely check them out, they offer great deals and I save hundreds of USD by booking my activities through them. Here is their website www.Groupon.com and www.LivingSocial.com

I traveled Dec of 2019 so right prior to COVID.
