Why is Jesus missing from the historical record? Jesus was an influential king (the King of the Jews) and probably the most famous monarch of the last two millennia, so why cannot we find archaeological evidence for his life? The answer is that both historians and theologians have been looking in the wrong location and era.

Following 25 years of research, Ralph Ellis has discovered that Jesus was a prince of Edessa in northern Syria. According to the Syriac historians, the Edessan monarchs were Egypto-Parthian Nazarene Jews, who furnished the Temple of Jerusalem and saved Judaea from starvation during a great famine of '47. But, just like Jesus, they were also religious and political revolutionaries who tried to take control of Judaea during the Jewish Revolt, but were thwarted by the Roman Army. In addition, one of the princes of Edessa had the same names as Jesus. (The famous N.T. prophesy was deliberately devised to encapsulate the true name of Jesus.)

The Biblical monarch was called ……. King Jesus EmManuel.
The Edessan monarch was called …... King Izas Manu(el).

And all of the Edessan monarchs wore a plaited Crown of Thorns. The biblical Jesus was crucified wearing this exact same plaited Crown of Thorns and purple royal robe, because he was this very same prince and king of Edessa.

Following 600 pages of evidence, we now know who Jesus was, where he lived, and who his family were. Visit his city, see the ruins of his citadel, gaze upon his statue, handle his coins. In reality, Jesus was a son of King Abgarus au Kama of Edessa, a minor princeling with a small realm, a large treasury, and even bigger ambitions. But the so-called Wise Prince of northern Syria came up against an intractable Rome, and his many plans crumbled to dust. Josephus Flavius then records that this revolutionary prince of Edessa was crucified outside Jerusalem, along with two other leaders of the revolt, but he was reprieved and taken down from the cross by Josephus Flavius (of Arimathaea?). A familiar story?

178. Stay away from those who blaspheme Allah's names. They will be punished for it. 7:180

179. Allah leads astray those who deny his revelations. 7:182-3

1. Show us the straight path, The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 1:6-7

2. Don't bother to warn the disbelievers. Allah has blinded them. Theirs will be an awful doom. 2:6

5. A fire has been prepared for the disbelievers, whose fuel is men and stones. 2:24

89. Believers shouldn't kill believers, unless by mistake. If you kill a believer by mistake, you must set free a believing slave. 4:92

90. Believers who kill believers will go to hell. 4:93

91. The disbelievers are an open enemy to you. 4:101

92. For the disbelievers, Allah has prepared a shameful punishment. 4:102

93. Relent not in pursuit of the enemy. They have no hope from Allah. 4:104

There is no comparison between Torah quotes and Koran quotes, because the Torah does not mention extant communities, while the Koran mentions the People of the Book (Jews and Christians).
