SmartyPants:This matter has been with us all along. This is the lacuna we always warned about, but I am sure this intended ambiguity will now be tested at the SC. |
livinbygrace:I go school pass your papa and your entire village. Calculate your own make we see Mr. professor. |
nairamaniac:Nope. |
johnjose68:I discovered a long time ago that discussing with an illiterate is injustice to self. Bye. |
Skankamola:Alignment and realignment will naturally occur in that case. Don't rejoice too early. |
SmartyPants:Read Section 134 (2) of the constitution, pay attention to the word "And" contained therein. |
dat9jaguy:You're wrong. Read the constitution, Section 134 (2). |
rickleye:In a rerun, a candidate only requires a simple majority to emerge winner. It's in the constitution. |
Roboto11:That's what the book says. You've gotta do 25% in Abuja to climb the rock. It's that simple!. |
Skankamola:You talk like an illiterate. Read your constitution if you can understand what it says. |
You must secure 25% of the votes cast in 24 states and FCT to become president. Tinubu FCT Score: 90902 / 478923 * 100 = 18,980....... = 18.9% Atiku FCT Score: 74199 / 478923 * 100 = 15,492....... = 15.4% Basis: Section 134 (2) of the Nigerian constitution. You must secure 25% of the votes cast in the FCT. Tinubu and Atiku failed to meet this requirement.
|
babaolofin:Your have only succeeded in yelling " I am a Yoruba tribalist". We have Igbo in Nigeria, not IBO. |
Misterone:Na lie. And, do not forget FTC. |
Again, as in Edo, Tinubu falls short of the 25 percent rule. This count is the second constitutional determinant factor. 42572 ÷ 173111 × 100 = 24.5923136023 That's 24.5 percent, folks. |
These numbers are massively rigged. However, the big takeaway here is that the riggers failed in their mathematics, so, Tinubu did not make the cut, thus: Percentage required of votes cast = 25% Votes cast = 600,395. Tinubu rigged votes = 144,471 Calculation: 144,471 ÷ 600,393 × 100 = 24.062738906 = 24.0% Edo ticket cut. |
yusfatedeeprof:I can guarantee you and fellow urchins that this election will not have the outcome you desire. Btw, have you seen the numbers coming out of Anambra?. That's what an authentic candidate do. |
Y'all need to wait for Edo, Delta, Plateau, Benue, Fct and many others. Learners! |
yusfatedeeprof:Do you mean APC result writing?. Too bad Lagos was a tough nut to crack, and couldn't write the results on his own doorsteps in spite of all his efforts. We now know Tinubu is a political mouse. We still have a good way to go, and we do not fall for your cheap blackmail. |
