The motherboard is LIKELY the culprit.It needs the work of an engineer on it.Probably the power IC on the mother board needs to be changed.

But when the power button is pressed,does it trip off itself later or it remains like that?
Also when the power button is pressed,does the cooling fan spin?

No sign of life just the power light and the charging life blinking and stopping

Try removing the battery and using only charger to power it.Also try using only battery to power it without plugging the charger.

Tell me the outcome of both.

When I use only the battery it shows the power light for 5 seconds and the switch to to chargeing light but when I use the charger without the battery the charger ligh just blinks but no sign of turning on
