ok on your domiciliary account, no u can't change it on Binance, rather if the money was deposited cash you can withdraw through the counter and if it was a transfer then you can sell to others that need it

Code P0012 Toyota Camshaft Position 'A' Timing Over-Retarded

You might be able to fix this issue by replacing the camshaft timing oil control valve in pic below .

For the P0420, just replace the catalytic converter in the exhaust manifold .

just curious can the P0420 cause increase in fuel consumption?
