Instead of paying for assisted service ,organise your documents in PDF preferably named them in CAPITAL letters and upload in right sessions appropriately when submitting application, during your biometrics you will be attended to urgently why others are waiting on queue to have their documents scanned and uploaded.

if you do priority it should come out on time, my tls appointment is on tuesday (abj tls)and my resumption day is 13th jan.

you can apply for priority . I had 4 Uk visit refusals and 2 us refusals and I got my visa within 5 working days
